[Order Cancellation]

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided that manufacturing has not yet started.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled due to the made-to-order nature of the products.

[Exchanges]

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to the confirmed specifications.

Exchanges based on changes in requirements, experimental conditions, or customer preference are not accepted.

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective.

If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

[Non-Returnable Items]

The following items are non-returnable:
- Products with customized specifications
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Products ordered under special or non-standard conditions

 

[Return Shipping]
For approved exchanges due to defects, return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any claims regarding defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide clear documentation, including photographs and a description of the issue, to support the claim.
